Our Service...

Prestige Staffing is a multi faceted firm, specializing in the areas of temporary, temp to hire, and permanent placement.   There are three Recruiters in our firm, each with a minimum of 10 years experience in the industry.  We are all long time Denverites, so we know the marketplace here, and many, many of the major firms in this city are our clients.  We are a designated minority owned/women owned business.

After many years of working for other firms, we have started our own agency with the thought in mind of providing service that is unparalleled, and with integrity being the cornerstone from which all else comes.  We believe we provide an exceptional caliber of candidate that meets only the highest standards, whether you are hiring for temporary or permanent.

On the temporary side, most of our candidates come from referrals, and for many of them, temporary is their chosen mode of work.

We personally meet all of our temporary candidates, and only refer on to our clients  the top 10%.  We pride ourselves in being able to find the kinds of individuals that will not only be able to do a great job skill wise, but will easily fit into your corporate culture and enhance your workplace.

On the permanent side, our process begins by discussing your needs and creating a detailed job description.  Again, we meet all of our candidates and present to you, the employer, only the top 10%.   We work only on a contingency basis, which means there is no fee unless you hire one of our candidates.   We do complete reference and background checks, and guarantee your new hire for a period of 90 days.  In hiring for permanent positions, it is imperative that a candidate possess all the skills you require, as well as have all the personality traits that will make an excellent match for your company.
